WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Serve Abroad was founded in 2009 when local language teacher Mauge saw a need for an established link between local organizations (projects) and volunteers seeking to do social and volunteer work in Cochabamba.

OUR MISSION

To be a bridge between social organisations and individuals or other organisations by connecting hem to being support, human or financial resources in order to help different development projects in the areas of health, education and social support of disadvantaged people in Bolivia

Meet the Director

Mauge attended Universidad Mayor de San Simón in Cochabamba and studied Intercultural Communications in the US. She has been working, developing, supporting and helping social and development projects for 20 years. Mother of two and friend of many, she loves learning, outdoor activities and a peaceful and fun life while making a difference in the lives of others.
